Dave fadecc183c perf: compress hero image 6.8MB -> 520KB, add JPG 
- New mqcitja8-...jpg (520 KB) is now referenced by index.html (eager hero).
- Original PNG re-saved with PIL optimize (4.3 MB) for parity if needed.
- Original 6.8 MB PNG is no longer referenced; safe to delete from repo.
