seo: add 1200x630 og-image, sitemap.xml and robots.txt

- og-image.jpg (61 KB): WhatsApp / Facebook / LinkedIn preview card with
  brand-mark and tagline.
- sitemap.xml: 4 URLs with lastmod, changefreq, priority.
- robots.txt: allow-all + Sitemap directive.
