chore(sidebar): temporarily hide Quote Sprint and Order Sprint nav entries

Browse source 
The sprint boards are disabled pending a rebuild. Operators
process quotes through /quotes/[id]/process and orders through
/orders/[id] until they are re-enabled. The original nav
entries are commented in place so they can be restored by
uncommenting a single line each.
