fix(boss-dashboard): make /m installable as a PWA
manifest-mobile.json had an empty icons array, which blocks Chrome's install prompt entirely. Point it at the existing android-chrome 192/512 icons and override appleWebApp.title to "Boss" so iOS Add-to-Home-Screen matches the manifest's short_name instead of inheriting the root layout's "WFDASH".
