SJCoetz dca3a9a544 docs(plans): add collection confirm revamp implementation plan ... 14 tasks: 2 view-model helper tasks, 3 service tasks (listCollectedItems, updateOrderItemCost, confirmOrderItemsForInvoicing), 3 API routes, 4 component extractions (ConfirmInvoiceDialog, PhotoStrip, ItemsTable, PoCard), and 2 page-rewire tasks.
