Dave bae4f9e795 Lock quote letterheads to customer companies ... Add a per-company quote letterhead lock backed by `companies.confirmed_letterhead`. The quote process flow prompts for a default when unset, permits only the confirmed letterhead with a triple-click per-quote override, and enforces the rule during PDF generation and email sending.
