Dave b262c23bf3 chore: add dev-server launch config and mobile verification screenshots ...

.claude/launch.json lets the Browser pane start the app on :4001 by
name instead of needing a manually-run dev server. The .tmp screenshots
are visual verification captures from mobile dashboard debugging.
