Adds the MCP tool stock_items.set_pricing (batched, max 100, snake_case in,
wraps updateStockItemsPricing, requires actor.id, audits cost changes in
stock_ledger). stock_items.create now accepts cost_price / selling_price /
markup (validated >= 0) and applies the default-markup helper like bulk
import. Giellie's prompt gets a pricing playbook (POS reads selling_price,
ask for missing cost/markup, never apply an unconfirmed markup); the tool is
classified as an approval-gated write. Tests cover route, policy, real
catalogue, bridge id guard and prompt.
