b3965b1454 docs: implementation plan for compact DN row + order age badge 
Three bite-sized tasks with full code:
  1. TDD the order-age util (test → impl → run)
  2. Wire OrderAgeBadge into /orders (replace bare date)
  3. Enrich /deliveries DN row subline (customer/order/paperclip)

All UI/rendering only. No server, no schema, no MCP changes.
