feat(pos): rewire index.html product count to /api/v1/pos/catalog

Also surfaces a rejected API key explicitly instead of letting it read

chore(pos): copy WFSALES POS mockup into public/pos/ (unwired)

pb-config.js deliberately not copied — it hardcoded a PocketBase
superuser email/password in client-shipped JS.
