Talking to the live PB directly: authenticate as superuser with
`PB_ADMIN_EMAIL`/`PB_ADMIN_PASSWORD` via
`POST /api/collections/_superusers/auth-with-password` — that is what the
server does too (`getAdminPocketBase()`), and the `PB_ADMIN_TOKEN` in `.env`
is not always current (a 401 means re-auth, not a wrong URL). Records live
under `/api/collections/<name>/records`; the path without `/records` returns
the collection definition, not the rows.
