1ec52961ee Cash float card, Office role + Slips tab, job card PDF, manual close/delete 
- Cash Floats: ledger card (opening balance, top-ups, slips), manual entries, slip photos
- Office access level; clock app Slips tab (photograph a slip, popup for supplier/cost
  code/comments/amount); only Office sees it; per-role route table in lib/clock-access
- Job cards: Machine Service PDF (with Oil block), JC numbers, manual Close job, Delete
- Hide Expenses > Vehicle Costs and Finance (Bastion) from the menu

8f3a74cf6e Job cards oil path, Fuel tab diesel-only, Mechanic role, Plant Register QR column 
- Job cards scanner: oil QR books litres + vehicle (no odo/photo), bundled onto the
  vehicle's job card (open job now, or the next job started the same day)
- Fuel tab is diesel only; /api/clock/oil-out added
- Users: Full / Clock-in user / Mechanic; mechanics see only Fuel + Job cards
- Plant Register: QR code column (double-click to set), kept across re-seeds and
  used when matching scans

c269cd00b4 Add Job Cards (vehicle-QR start/finish) and retire Operators/Mechanics pages 
- Plant Clock "Job cards" tab: scan a vehicle QR to start a job, scan again to finish
  with odometer (or no meter), kind of work and a note
- /running/job-cards table with period, work, vehicle and mechanic filters
- Remove /running/operators and /running/mechanics; mechanic badge PDF moves to Employees
