Redesign the planning page as a project-grouped Gantt: parent rows are cards (start_date..target_date), indented children are subtasks (gaining optional start_date and target_date). No new collections. cards gains an optional assignee text field. Replaces the Phase 5 Puzzle + Timeline tabs at /plan.
