Dave 4c4dbaf917 feat(pwa): manifest link, theme color and service worker registration ... Phase 8b Task 5. Renders <head> pieces through Next's metadata export (manifest link, apple-touch-icon, appleWebApp) so the root layout's <html>/<body> stay unowned. The only inline JSX is the service-worker registration script.
