DEls effa9236dd feat(delivery-notes): receipt redo, AI model settings and slip invoices 
- Receipt redo: an admin can reverse a line-posted receipt and reopen the
  same document for fresh processing, keeping the audit history
  (API, MCP tools, document-page control, revisioned posting ids)
- Settings · AI: choose the models the DN pipeline uses, stored in the
  new app_settings collection (migration included), behind a settings cog
- Inbox 2/3: supplier-slip invoice uploads, slip-only suppliers, and
  links/Back that return to the inbox you came from
