DEls ab61182ced docs(dn): Avidan matching study and agent tools design 
Study of 18 Avidan delivery documents matched by hand against their POs,
with root causes for why nearly every slip is flagged. Design for giving
agents full delivery-note tooling (everything except delete), staged.
