DEls 01239c6633 fix(dn): drag to pan a zoomed page in Check page grouping 
The grouping preview zoomed by widening the image inside a scroll box with
no way to move it on a Mac (hidden horizontal scrollbar). Adds a shared
mouse drag-to-pan hook, a grab cursor and a one-line hint.
