DEls 2d36e9b1cd fix(vehicles): handle empty unit_type during updates ... Updated the vehicles API to allow PATCH requests with an empty unit_type. This change ensures that existing records with unit_type='' can be updated without validation errors, while maintaining the default value of 'fuel' for new inserts.
