fix(fuel): keep alert/warn count badges on a single line
The 'X alerts' and 'X warns' badges in AlertCard and AlertListRow had no whitespace-nowrap, so '2 alerts' could wrap to two lines on narrow viewports. Add whitespace-nowrap in both AlertCard and AlertListRow variants of the alert-red and warn-amber badges.
