- **On SSE reconnect / mobile background-resume, the in-flight user prompt now stays above the live assistant worklog instead of jumping below it.** Both recovery paths (`loadSession` reattach and `refreshSession` soft-recovery, the iOS PWA background→resume path) now route the synthesized pending user message through one shared, identity-aware merge helper that inserts it immediately before the live assistant turn it started (and repairs the row in place if a prior render pushed it below). The helper is idempotent — a repeated recovery won't duplicate the prompt — and preserves legitimate repeated user turns. Thanks @nankingjing. (#6419, #6457)
